Returns – Can You Send It Back?

We’re all about good vibes and zero stress, so yes—you can send it back. Each product will clearly state if the product is eligible for our FREE 30 Day Returns. 

Whether it didn’t fit your vibe, your body, or your expectations, we accept returns for any reasons as long as the request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.

✔️ Return Eligibility

  • Product must be returnable, as stated on the product page

  • Item must be in original condition (tags, packaging, accessories included)

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Return request must be approved by our team (don’t worry, we make it easy)

💌 How It Works

Once your return is approved:

  1. We'll send you a prepaid UPS return label via email

  2. Print it, stick it to any box, and drop it off

  3. You’ll have 30 days to get it back to us

  4. Once it hits our warehouse, we’ll inspect it

  5. Then your refund goes back to your original payment method

🚫 Don’t Skip This Part

Items sent back without a valid return authorization WILL be rejected and returned to sender. Always start with the return form in your account login page, or reach out to our team directly.

  • Return labels are available for shipments within the 48 continental U.S. only

  • Everything in your order must be included (cables, tags, accessories, etc.)

  • Items must arrive in resellable condition

When it comes to intimate products, we follow strict health codes, state laws, and hygiene policies to keep everything clean, safe, and EXPLICIT-ready. This means we CANNOT accept returns on opened items. Once a product has left its packaging, it's time to light some candles and turn the lights down low because it’s officially yours!

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (It's the Law):

  • The product will clearly state if it has return restrictions and does not qualify for our 30-Day Returns. 

  • Adult toys, vibrators, dildos, massagers, rings, pumps, and anything designed for intimate or genital use.
  • Lubes, oils, creams, and other consumables

  • Some Lingerie and intimate apparel (if opened)

  • Any other personal-use items once opened - basically if it touches your intimate areas, it's yours.

Returning Unopened Items

Change your mind? No problem! If your product is still in its original, sealed packaging and unsued, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
(All items included in the product must be returned - charging cables, accessories, all bundle items)

✔️ Refund, Store Credit, or an Exchange  (your pick) will be issued up to 7 Days after the product reaches our  Quality Inspection team.

🚫Products returned without a valid authorization from Explicit Brands will be returned to the sender without a refund or store credit.

Opened or Used Items – No Returns🚫

Once a product has been opened, it’s non-returnable—no takebacks! Please double-check your order before unwrapping!
