Dreamgirl Gold-Foiled Stretch Mesh Teddy with Rhinestones

Gold foil on stretch mesh is a lot of shine, and the rhinestone detailing and heat-sealed edges add to it. This Dreamgirl teddy is a one-piece, so you step in, pull it up and sort out the fastenings last. We carry it in sizes L and 3XL.

The structure is what you notice when you put it on. Floating underwire cups give the bust some shape, and the bodice has boning details running down the torso, so it holds its form better than a purely stretchy piece. The straps adjust, the back closes with a hook and eye, and the thong back finishes with a snap crotch for the bathroom trip you will inevitably need.

Be ready for the fact that it's all mesh. What you wear under it, if anything, is up to you. A shrug and accessories are not included, so the picture you see isn't the whole outfit.

Size Specs: We carry L and 3XL. The Large is size 10-14, cup C/D, bust 36-38 in., waist 29-31 in., hip 38-40 in., rise 8-8.5 in., for roughly 140-160 lbs. We don't have a chart for the 3XL, so compare your own numbers against the size table on the page before you order.

Picking your size

Measure your bust at the fullest point, your waist at the narrowest point, and your hips at the widest point, using a soft tape held level. Then check the rise, which matters more than usual for a one-piece. It runs from the crotch snap up, and a rise that's too short will tug at your shoulders. Because underwire and boning don't stretch much, we'd go up a size if your bust is at the top of the range.

Getting it on

Take rings and long nails out of the equation first, because mesh with rhinestones catches. Step in, pull it up carefully, adjust the straps, then do the hook and eye on the back. Fasten the snap last. If the back is hard to reach, use a mirror or a partner. Try it on at home before the night you plan to wear it so you can sort the straps without a rush.

Care

Check the care label first. If you're unsure, wash by hand in cool water with mild detergent, keep it away from bleach, and lay it flat to dry. Don't wring, iron or tumble dry it, since heat and twisting are rough on foil, rhinestones and sealed edges. Store it flat or hung loosely, away from anything with hooks or zips.

Styling note

Because the teddy is mesh, it works on its own or under something open. Remember that the shrug in photos is not included, so if you want that layered look, you'll need to bring your own.
