Picking your size

Wrap a soft tape around the place where you wear your underwear, level and snug. Compare that number with the chart on the page. Shinesty's advice, which we agree with for this style, is to size down if you're between sizes or want more support. Four-way stretch adapts to the body, so a snug size feels secure without being restrictive. Avoid anything that cuts in at the waist or legs.

Glow in the dark

Glow prints generally charge from light, so give them time near a lamp or window before the lights go off. How bright and how long depends on the print, and the product details don't say more. Treat it as a bonus, not the main event, and don't expect a night light.

Care

The label on the waistband is your first stop. When in doubt, wash modal blends cold, inside out, and dry them on low or air dry. Skip fabric softener, which can dull a soft fabric and affect moisture wicking, and avoid high heat, which can wear on the print and the spandex. Run them through the wash once before you put them on.

Why a pouch

Pouch underwear exists for one reason: plain briefs squash and shift things, and a pouch holds them in a space of their own. Shinesty's version adds anti-bunching, no-itch stitching and the lightly compressive leg fit, so the pouch stays where it should and the leg openings don't climb. If you've only worn standard boxer briefs, the difference is obvious after one day.
