She's got lips, a deep throat, and a tongue and teeth you can feel on the way in. That's the whole pitch for the Cum Guzzler, and Doc Johnson makes it in ULTRASKYN, a super stretchy, super soft material that moves with you instead of fighting back. It's a mouth stroker for people who want the shape and the texture to say mouth, not just a tube with a hole.
Start by warming it between your hands for a minute, because soft elastomer can feel cool at first. Add lube generously at the lips and inside. From there it's a closed-end sleeve with a single hole, so it builds tight, natural suction as the air has nowhere to go. The interior is uniquely textured, so each pass hits something different along the way.
It's handheld by design, 5.5 in. long and 2.75 in. across. That's big enough to grip firmly with one hand and steady with the other, and small enough to stash. No batteries, no charging. It's ready when you are.

Lube and warm-up
Soft elastomers like ULTRASKYN do best with water-based lube. We'd avoid silicone lube unless the packaging says it's fine, because silicone can break down the surface of soft materials. Move slowly until you find the grip and rhythm you like, and add more lube when the surface starts to feel dry or tacky.
Cleaning a textured sleeve
The interior has texture, so cleaning matters more than usual. Rinse with warm water and a little mild soap, work the tongue and ridged areas with your fingers, then rinse until the water runs clear. Dry the outside with a towel, then prop the sleeve open on a clean towel so the inside can air dry completely. A closed end holds moisture longer than an open one, so give it a spot with moving air. A light dusting of cornstarch afterward cuts the tackiness.
Keep it in a clean bag or its box, away from heat and from toys made of other materials. Never share it without washing, and replace it if it tears or grows a sticky film that won't wash off. If you know you have a sensitivity to any material, go slowly the first time.
Why closed matters
If you've only used open-ended sleeves, this one will feel different. The closed end holds air in, so suction builds as you work, and the pace you set changes how strong it gets. Slow and steady gives you a firm, even pull. A fast stroke changes that, so try both.
How we ship it
The outside of the box says nothing about the contents. We ship it plain and unmarked, so your mailroom stays none the wiser.
