The bodice is open, and one pair of pasties comes with it for the exposed area. The halter neckline and the fit through the waist and hips set the shape, so the bust measurement matters, and you get some flexibility in how the bodice sits. Put the dress on first, then position the pasties for a final look. Check yourself in good light, because an open design can shift when you move, and you'll want to know how it behaves before you leave the house.

Picking your option

Measure your bust at the fullest point, your waist at the narrowest and your hips at the fullest, then check them against the Queen ranges. The open bodice leans on the halter and the waist and hip fit, so bust is worth getting right. If you're outside Queen, look at O/S and read its ranges carefully, since they aren't the same.

Putting the pasties on

Apply them to clean, dry skin with no lotion or oil. If your skin is sensitive, try a small test patch beforehand. Peel them off slowly, and use warm water to ease any stubborn adhesive. Don't leave them on longer than is comfortable.

Care

Hand wash cold in mild detergent and dry flat out of direct sun, since heat and long exposure to light can affect the elastic and special dyes. Skip bleach and harsh detergent, which can dull the UV effect over time. If you use a blacklight at home, don't stare directly at the lamp.
