Returns – Can You Send It Back?

Returning Unopened, Unused Items
Change your mind? No problem! If your product is still in its original, sealed packaging and completely unused, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not functioning as it should, we’ll hook you up with a replacement or store credit. Here’s how it works:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
- We may ask for photos or a short video to verify the issue - don’t worry, it’s easy peasy!
- If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, and get you a replacement for the defective products so you can get back to more important things, like following us on Instagram and TikTok @shopexplicitbrands
Exchanging for a Different Size or Style, or Ordering Incorrectly
Picked the wrong product or size? No stress! If your item is eligible for an exchange we’ll swap it out if you let us know within 14 days after shipment arrival.
