Plug it into a wall outlet, and the six-foot cord gives you room to settle in wherever you like. Switch it on and you will feel the motor before you touch anything. Start on the low setting, rest the soft vinyl head against the outside of your body and let the vibration spread out. When you want more, switch to high.

The soft vinyl head is a generous 2.25in across, made for external massage, and the body is about 12in long, which gives you a comfortable handle and plenty of reach.
