The Nippies pack is a stack of small, practical parts. Open it and you'll find two pairs of nipple covers: a black lace heart pair and a black satin heart pair. Picking your option

Applying them

Skin needs to be clean and dry, with no oil, lotion or powder on it. Do the mini patch test first if you've never worn adhesive on this area. Press the cover on from the center and smooth out the edges. Take a deep breath, move around for a minute, and make sure nothing lifts.

Taking them off

Peel slowly, supporting your skin with the other hand. If it clings, warm water helps. Since they're disposable, don't try to reuse them, and keep the extra pairs in their packaging so the adhesive doesn't pick up lint.
