Applying them

Skin should be clean and dry, with no lotion, oil or powder. Peel the pastie off its backing and hold it by the edges. Press from the center outward, and smooth the edges as you go. Hold for a few seconds so the adhesive bonds. If you've never used adhesive here, test a small patch on another area first.

Removing them

Take a warm shower first if you can, since warmth and moisture loosen the bond. Peel slowly from one edge while holding your skin taut. Warm water helps if they cling. Don't pull quickly. If your skin looks red afterward, give it a rest before the next wear.

Care
