Picking your size
Wrap a soft tape around your waist where the waistband will sit. Keep it level and snug without squeezing, then compare the number to the chart. The ranges overlap, so if you land between two sizes, the smaller one is the closer, more supportive fit, and the larger is the easy one. A waistband that's too tight leaves marks, and one that's too loose slides down.
Picking your color
