Picking your size
Underwear sizes go by waist, so wrap a soft tape around your natural waist, level and snug but not tight, and match the number to the chart. If you land at the top of one range and the bottom of the next, think about the ring. The built-in ring should be snug, but you still want to be able to move.
If you're between sizes and the ring matters more to you than the waistband, go for the one that gives the ring a comfortable fit.
Picking your color
