Prowler RED Leather Posture Collar

The posture collar does one thing, and it does it clearly. It holds the head where you put it. It's made from high-quality leather, and it has D-rings, so once it's on you can lock a chain to them and position the person wearing it. That's the whole idea, and it's for when you want undivided attention.
The fit is by neck size. S/M fits a neck of 14 to 16 inches, and L/XL fits 17 to 19 inches. Measure the neck with a soft tape at the spot where the collar will sit, and then pick the one that matches. A posture collar is stiff by nature, so this is a case where you want the size right and not close. You also want room for a finger under it, since it should never choke or cut off breath.
Collars of this type change how a person holds themselves. The head stays up, the chin stays level and the neck stays long. Wearing it is a good way to practice patience and posture for the wearer, and for the person holding the chain it's a good way to set a pace. Talk first. Agree on limits, a signal for stopping, and how long the collar stays on. We carry the Prowler RED line in leather, and this is one of the pieces that works well in a longer scene. If you're new to collars, start with short sessions, since holding the head up and level for a long time is more tiring than it looks. A cushion or a chair with a back helps, and so does a glass of water within reach.

Picking your option
Wrap a soft tape around the neck where the collar will sit, snug but not tight, and read the number. If you're at 16 or 17 inches, you're on the line. Posture collars have no give, so decide if you'd rather have a little room or a firmer fit. A firmer collar holds better, and a looser one is more comfortable for a long scene.
Using it safely
Never leave someone alone while wearing a posture collar. Check that they can breathe and swallow comfortably. Don't pull a chain hard against the neck. Keep it for scenes where you're both present, and take it off if there's any dizziness or numbness.
Care
Wipe leather with a damp cloth, let it dry away from heat, and condition it now and then. Don't soak it. Store it flat or hung by a ring, so the shape doesn't distort. Keep the D-rings clean and dry.
How we ship it
The collar goes out in a plain, unmarked box. The size is the only thing you need to remember, and the label doesn't mention it.
