Prowler RED Sports Harness Lite

There's very little to this harness, and that's what makes it work. The Sports Harness Lite is a streamlined sporty piece made from thick elastic webbing, with the Prowler logo on a leather patch. Pull it on, adjust until the straps sit flat on your chest, and you're done. The elastic does the fitting, so you're not wrestling with buckles in the changing room.

Thick elastic webbing is the right choice for something you might actually wear. It stretches, it recovers and it sits against the body instead of digging in. The leather patch with the Prowler logo is the one touch of polish. We carry it in black, red and white, in two sizes: S/M for chests of 38 to 42 inches (96 to 108 cm), and L/XL for chests of 42 to 46 inches (108 to 116 cm). The two sizes meet at 42 inches, so if that's you, decide how snug you want it.

Where do you wear it? Over bare skin at a party, over a tank top at the gym, under an open jacket at a festival, or with nothing else in the bedroom. Black goes with anything. Red works as a bold accent against pale skin or dark clothes. White gives a clean, athletic look. It's the lightest harness in the Prowler RED line we carry, and the one most people try first, since it asks very little of you and gives a lot back in how you look.

Picking your option

Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your shoulder blades, and keep it level. Compare the number to the ranges. Elastic webbing stretches a lot, so many people like it snug, because it keeps the straps flat against the body. A strap that's too tight can leave marks or restrict your breathing. You should be able to take a full breath without a fight.

Picking your color

Think about what's under it and over it. Black blends with almost everything. Red is for when you want the harness to be the point. White is the sporty one, and it shows against tanned or dark skin. If you're buying one, black is the safe choice. If you're buying two, add red.

Care

Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, keeping the leather patch out of the soak where you can. Rinse, press out the water and lay it flat to dry away from heat. Don't use a dryer, which can wear out the elastic. Check the label if there is one.

The harness is light enough to ship flat in a plain, unmarked box. The label has no description of the contents.
