The Prowler RED Wetlook Assless Trunk is shiny, classic and backless, made from 82% polyester and 18% spandex, with a cut that Prowler RED says is flattering from the front and the back. The open rear is the surprise: from the front it's a trunk, and from behind it's mostly nothing.

The classic Prowler Paw logo sits at the front of the waistband. It's the kind of underwear Prowler RED recommends for foreplay and sex, so it's not trying to hide under jeans. Spandex gives it stretch and recovery, and the slick surface catches light in a way plain cotton doesn't.

Picking your size

Measure your waist at the spot where you'll wear the waistband, with a soft tape held level and snug. Match your number to a range. The ranges overlap, so a 33 in. waist falls into both Medium and Large. In that case, choose the smaller size if you want a firm hold, or the larger if you prefer something relaxed. Spandex stretches, but a waistband that's too tight will roll, and one that's too loose will slide.

Wearing it

Wet look fabric doesn't breathe the way cotton does, so wear it for the evening, not for the whole day. It also shows every wrinkle and fingerprint, so keep your hands clean when you put it on. If you sweat, give it a rinse as soon as you take it off.

Care

The tag in the waistband comes first. When in doubt, wash wet look fabric cold, by hand or in a mesh bag on a gentle cycle, and hang it to dry. Skip the dryer and the iron, since heat can damage the finish. Avoid fabric softener and bleach, which wear down stretch fibers, and store it flat or hung so it doesn't crease.

When to wear it
