Assemble the bar in three steps, following the instructions in the box. Set it to the width you want, clip on the cuffs, and agree on limits and a stop word. Start with a comfortable width, and check how your partner feels before you adjust further.

The bar expands from 29in (73.66 cm) to 37in (94 cm) and is built from aluminum tubes: one 14.5in center tube and two 14.5in spring-locking expanding tubes. Two comfort cuffs with soft velboa are included. The bar breaks down for travel.
