Pick up the Janus Lamp Iron and the first thing you notice is the heft. It's a weighted massager, and that weight does a lot of the work for you. It settles where you put it and stays there, so you spend less time fussing with position and more time paying attention to what you feel.

The surface is velvety smooth, which matters more than it sounds for anything that goes near the P-spot. A silky finish with plenty of lube glides in without catching, and the weight gives you steady pressure against the prostate instead of a toy that wanders off the target. We sell it as a P-spot massager, and that's exactly the job it's built around.

Key Features:
- Weighted build – solid in the hand, steady once it's in place
- Velvety smooth finish – easy glide with a good amount of lube
- P-spot focus – shaped to press against the prostate
- Two sizes – S and L, so you can start modest or go bigger
- Anal toy – made for internal play, not just external

Choosing between S and L

Two sizes means a real decision, and we'd make it like this. If this is your first prostate toy, or it's been a while, take the S. You can always come back for the L once you know how much you like the sensation. If you already enjoy fuller toys and relax easily, the L will give you more of that weighty, filling pressure. Going bigger than you're ready for is the one way to ruin a good evening, so be honest with yourself.

Sizing: Offered in S and L. We don't have measurements beyond that, so judge by comfort and how much you've done before, not by guessing.

Materials: No material is named for this one. Until you know for sure, stay with water-based lubricant, which is safe with just about everything. Silicone lube can damage some toy materials, so skip it unless you've confirmed the toy can take it.

Using it well

Take your time. Use more lube than feels necessary and reapply whenever things start to feel less slick. Bear down gently as you ease the tip in, breathe out, and pause when you hit resistance. Weight helps here: let gravity and a slow, steady push do the work rather than forcing it. Lying on your side or back with your knees up is the easiest position to start in.

Once it's in, small movements are plenty. You're not chasing depth, you're looking for the angle where pressure against the P-spot builds. Shift your hips, clench and release, and see what changes. Some people find the sensation arrives in waves, so give it a few minutes before deciding what you think.

Cleaning and storage

Wash it with warm water and mild soap, or a proper toy cleaner, right after you use it. Dry it fully and keep it somewhere clean and separate from other toys so it doesn't pick up lint or touch anything that could react with it. A cloth bag or a drawer of its own works fine.

Anal play is safest with a toy that has a way to stay put and a shape you can control. If anything hurts, stop, take it out and try again another day with more lube and a smaller size. Never share an anal toy between partners without cleaning it, or covering it with a fresh condom each time.

We ship the Janus Lamp Iron in a plain unmarked box, so nothing on the outside says what's inside.
